How to get in

Rope & Candy is invite-only. Every guest is chosen by hand, one application at a time. There is no public ticket and no open door.

Applying takes five minutes:

1. Tell us who you are. An alias is enough. We never need your real name.
2. Send recent photos. Your face and your body, and both of you if you are a couple. Photos are how we keep every party attractive, classy and safe.
3. Tell us your city. Parties are local. We match you with the parties near you.
4. Tell us if you would host. Some of our best parties are hosted by members in their own homes or in venues they find. If you would like to organize a Rope & Candy party where you live, say so. Read how hosting works.

The selection committee reviews every application personally and replies by email.

Who sees your photos

Your photos are seen by our selection committee and by the Rope & Candy organizers in your city, who choose the guests for their parties. They are never published and never shared outside Rope & Candy. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

What happens after you apply

Once you are approved, you are on the guest list for your city. When a party is planned near you, its organizer sends you an invitation with the date, the dress code and the rules of the night. The venue address comes only after your place is confirmed.

Most parties are limited to about 10 couples and 10 single women, so organizers sometimes have to make tough choices. If you don't get into one party, don't take it personally. There will be a next one.

Selection criteria

Age

You must be over 18 to apply. Some parties are for guests under 40, others are open to any age. Each invitation says which.

How hot do I need to be to get in?

Rope & Candy parties are aimed at attractive, well-groomed couples and single women. But we are not the “sexy police”. Read “How Hot Must I Be To Get Into a Rope & Candy Party” to learn how selection really works.

Are single men allowed?

Our parties are built to feel safe and relaxed for couples and for single women, so single men are not invited as guests. If you are a single man, you have two options:

1 – Find a partner. It is easier than it sounds: many people are excited by the idea of a night like this. Share our Open Sexuality page and our Articles with someone you like.

2 – Host. If you have a beautiful home or venue in a major city, you can apply to organize a Rope & Candy party there. Read how hosting works, then apply with the form above and choose “A single man who wants to host”.

What does membership mean?

Approved guests who come back become members. Members get first places at the parties in their city, and members can apply to become organizers. Questions? Email us at our email address.
